The role:


  • Supporting a team of managers and the wider business
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Opening post and distributing to the relevant department
  • Ordering of stationery and general office supplies
  • Photocopying, scanning, and filing
  • Answering overflow calls during busy periods
  • Managing the keys process and maintaining an accurate database
  • Meet and greet guests
  • Provide refreshments for guests where necessary
  • Keep meeting rooms tidy and clear
  • Ensure kitchen is kept tidy while guests are in the office/using facilities.
  • Ensure office and reception are always presentable

Preferred Skills/experience

  • Previous reception experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently deal with clients both face to face and on the telephone
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively
  • IT literate; comfortable maintaining spread sheets and experienced in the use of Microsoft Office; including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Smart and well presented
