The role:
- Supporting a team of managers and the wider business
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Opening post and distributing to the relevant department
- Ordering of stationery and general office supplies
- Photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Answering overflow calls during busy periods
- Managing the keys process and maintaining an accurate database
- Meet and greet guests
- Provide refreshments for guests where necessary
- Keep meeting rooms tidy and clear
- Ensure kitchen is kept tidy while guests are in the office/using facilities.
- Ensure office and reception are always presentable
Preferred Skills/experience
- Previous reception experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently deal with clients both face to face and on the telephone
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively
- IT literate; comfortable maintaining spread sheets and experienced in the use of Microsoft Office; including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Smart and well presented
