Main Responsibilities:

• Replace desktops, laptops, monitors, and phones efficiently to ensure minimal disruption to end users
• Conduct Break-fix for all desktop equipment
• Perform IMAC activities and daily backup checks when necessary
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues by accurately diagnosing problems and offering quality solutions
• Adhere to company procedures and maintain proper documentation
• Stay updated on Daisy Security Policies for compliance
• Handle ad hoc project work as needed
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

Skills/Experience Required:

• At least 2 years of IT engineering experience
• Strong analytical troubleshooting skills
• Proficient in networks and Windows Operating Systems
• Ability to diagnose and repair desktops and laptops
• Desktop and laptop accreditation preferred
• Familiarity with specific customer software
• Full UK Driving Licence
• PC literacy
• Effective customer communication skills
• Knowledge of data interpretation & action implementation
• Basic understanding of Server OS and ability to assist in smart hands calls
• Experience with Active Directory (optional)
• Basic hardware knowledge including Laptop Keyboards, Memory, and Hard drives
• Experience in network fault troubleshooting (optional)
• Experience with network builds and printer installation (optional)
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, VPN, and remote work setups
• Good troubleshooting abilities

Given the nature of the work environment, SC Clearance is mandatory, making current SC Clearance holders highly desirable for this role.
