Interviewing Now Due to growth & expansion we are recruiting additional inbound Customer Service Advisors to join our Inbound call centre teams. If you want a career with a Global Brand that will provide excellent training, development & careerprogression this is a fantastic opportunity.


We currently have several exciting Permanent Call Centre Customer Service vacancies available in the Crewe area for motivated, customer focused and tenacious individuals who are looking for their next challenge in a customer service environment.


As a customer service advisor your salary will be £20900- £22000

Start dates available for 9th & 16th January

Monday Friday with weekend work involved and you must be available to work 8 hour shifts between the hours of 08:00 and 20:00 Monday - Friday. With weekend working on a rota basis.

What you will be doing as a Customer Service Advisor?

  • Dealing with incoming customer questions, queries, and concerns
  • Updating and maintaining in house systems
  • Providing a great service & experience to all customers
  • Working as part of a team delivering the vision and values of the company
