The Senior CRM Executive willreport directly to the Head of CRM.

We operate a hybrid workingmodel:
three days in the office and the remainder of the week from home.


JOB PURPOSE
Direct Mail is a key part ofOKAs CRM strategy to recruit new customers and retain existingcustomers.

OKA is looking for an experienced Senior CRM Executive tomanage the end-to-end process of Direct Mail in the UK and USA from thestrategic planning and internal creative process, to working with our supplierson the operational execution of all campaigns.


This role will work closely withthe wider marketing and creative team as well as our key external suppliers,supporting campaigns and commercial KPIs.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage end to end process for Direct Mail in the UK & USA,including:
o Project managing all campaigns (includingseasonal magazines, reactivation initiatives, promotional mailings and drive tostore initiatives)

o Briefing in copy and creative and assistingwith creation of campaign flat plans

o Managing approvals process and studioschedule to ensure all mailings meet our in-home date

o Creating and owning testingschedule

o Briefing in promotional codes asrequired

o Managing relationship with allsuppliers in UK & USA, including Direct Mail agencies, printers, mailinghouses and data providers

o Liaising with key internalstakeholders (Marketing, CRM and Creative teams)

o Work closely with the US MarketingTeam to ensure all campaigns are regionally relevant whilst protecting brandpositioning and ensuring a consistent brand story

o Owning analysis and reporting;responsible for sharing insights and performance with wider business

  • Review existing Direct Mail suppliers against competitors toensure the best quality and most costeffective suppliers are being used
  • Manage Direct Mail budget and invoices
  • Manage magazine signup requestjourney on the website and customer unsubscribe requests
  • Track competitor activity, industrytrends and best practices, and make recommendations
  • Drive innovation to ensure that weare sending industry leading communications
  • Support Marketing and CRM Teams onadhoc Direct Mail initiatives, such as customer/PR gifting
  • Build great relationships across the business includingmerchandising, creative and marketing to coordinate integrated campaigns andensure messaging is relevant and timely

ABOUT YOU

  • 5+ years experience in Direct Mail and CRM
  • Expert knowledge of managing Direct Mail end to endprocess and practical experience executing Direct Mail campaigns
  • Experience in high transactional ecommerce/luxuryretail environment (desirable)
  • Strong project management and organisationskills and good attention to detail
  • Commercially astute, experience ofowning and working to achieve sales targets
  • Strong reporting and analyticalskills and ROI performance orientation. Good working knowledge of Excel.
  • Customer centric and data led in your approach. Able to rapidlyinterpret data to ensure the right brand/customer outcomes
  • A positive, cando attitude with a passion for, and knowledge ofthe interiors industry, Direct Mail and CRM
  • A strong strategic and business acumen
  • Motivated selfstarter who iscomfortable working in a fastpaced environment
  • A creative mind, thinking innovatively when it comes to CRMchannels and initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent team player collaborative and people driven. Used tobuilding collaborative working relationships cross functionally to facilitatethe accomplishment of work goals
