Are you a graduate with a passion for written content and a love of news, culture and entertainment? Then this could be the perfect role to launch your career whilst part of a fast growing, forward thinking publication

In this brilliant role you will be researching, writing and scheduling articles for the website on a daily basis.

This is a fast-paced role but also allows you to be creative and come up with innovative ways to engage with this publications target audience.

You will also be conducting interviews, producing SEO and FB optimised articles and editing and commissioning other writers' articles. You will be working alongside and closely with other writers, reporting to the Editor in Chief. This is an incredible opportunity to learn and develop your skills.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Researching topics
  • Interviewing relevant individuals such as content creators and tastemakers
  • Creating engaging, forward thinking content
  • Editing your own or other writers' work
  • Meeting all regular and recurring deadlines
  • Learning about what type of content does best on which social media platforms and how to use this knowledge in content optimisation
  • Potentially writing investigative articles, feature stories and analytical pieces
  • Plenty of experience and passion for writing
  • A keen interest in current affairs and/or technology
  • Able to write up to 5 short pieces a day.
  • Experience writing for a print or online publication is desirable.
  • Advanced editing skills.
  • The ability to make corrections and learn from them easily.
  • Staying up to date on social media, pop culture and other trends dominating the entertainment space.
  • Organised. You will need to balance daily content production with other tasks when necessary.
