Customer Service Executive

London, NW2

£24,950 + Pension


The high success rate of this Company reflects on the skills and commitment held by their busy staff and as a Customer Service Executive you will be required to contribute to this process by delivering a first class service at all times.


Some of your duties will include:

  • Providing a high level of service to customers and ensuring all their wants and needs are satisfied
  • Inputting customer orders onto computer system and tracking progress through to successful delivery
  • Following up with customers after delivery to ensure they are satisfied with service received
  • Investigating customer complaints, finding a suitable resolution and escalating issue when appropriate
  • Maintaining a customer database record on the computer system and updating on a daily basis
