We are working with a small family run business based in Bolton, who are looking for an accounts manager to join them on a part time, permanent basis.

The company are an SME business and you will work alongside the marketing and analyst team.
Working Hours: 28 hours over 4 days per week (Flexible times between 10-4)

  • Location: Bolton
  • Holidays: 31 days including bank (pro rata) increases with service 1 per year + birthday off
  • Benefits: company pension, well being allowance, flexible hours

Key Role & Responsibilities:
Finance

  • Purchase Invoices
  • Managing Debt
  • Banking cheques
  • Sales invoicing
  • Bill paying including renewal of professional subscriptions.
  • Purchase orders
  • Liaison with the company's accountant on financial issues
  • Processing payroll, including expense claims
  • Processing P45's, P46's, student loan payments, SSP, SMP and paternity pay, and P60s etc
HR

  • Attendance management time sheet and sickness monitoring
  • Recruitment organizing shortlists, interviews, psychometric tests etc
  • On boarding
  • Organising appraisals and 121s for heads of other teams
  • Leavers resignations, equipment return, security and GDPR updates
  • Manage driving documents and personal information for all teams
  • Liaison with external HR Support on HR issues
  • WIP budget reports
  • Outstanding quotes
  • Recorded Non-Billable time
  • Monthly Management and Salary Reports
  • Jobs creation reports number and value
  • Job conversion rates
  • Staff expenses
