Description

Duties:


  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Upsell products and services to increase revenue
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette at all times
  • Utilise multilingual skills to assist customers in various languages

Experience:


  • Proven experience in a customer service role
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve customer issues effectively
  • Proficiency in data entry and managing customer databases
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to upsell products and services to meet sales targets

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,982.50 per year
