Description
Duties:
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Upsell products and services to increase revenue
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette at all times
- Utilise multilingual skills to assist customers in various languages
Experience:
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve customer issues effectively
- Proficiency in data entry and managing customer databases
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to upsell products and services to meet sales targets
Job Types:

Pay:
From £25,982.50 per year
