Description
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via various face to face channels to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Analyze customer interactions to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Utilize data entry skills to update customer information accurately in the system
- Demonstrate upselling techniques to promote products or services to customers
- Assist in maintaining positive customer relationships through effective communication
Experience:
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficiency in data entry tasks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
Job Types:

Pay:
From £25,313.12 per year
