Responsibilities:


  • Communicate with customers via various face to face channels to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Analyze customer interactions to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Utilize data entry skills to update customer information accurately in the system
  • Demonstrate upselling techniques to promote products or services to customers
  • Assist in maintaining positive customer relationships through effective communication

Experience:


  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Proficiency in data entry tasks
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,313.12 per year
