Job Summary


Quinnergy is rapidly expanding, we require team players to join our small but busy team, we specialise in compliance certificates for landlords and boiler care.

We are seeking a customer service representative to join our team.

The CSR will be responsible for providing quality customer service to our customers and to other companies in the industry.


You must have excellent attention to detail, be passionate about delivering outstanding service to our customers, be flexible in your approach to work schedules and tasks.

There will be an element of adminastration to the role and helping the team with additional tasks.

The working hours for the role will be between 8am and 8pm on a rota basis.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


Answering incoming calls

  • Identifying customers needs and providing them with information that is pertinent to their inquiries.
  • Raising concerns or questions that may be related to issues that may occur with customers concerns.
  • Providing information about products and services.
  • Handling customer enquiries and assessing priority jobs.
  • Following up on customer inquiries or complaints
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow procedures for reporting and escalating maintenance issues
  • Other duties as assigned by the office manager.

Experience:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in customer service

£22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
