Description

Quinnergy is rapidly expanding, we require team players to join our small but busy team, we specialise in compliance certificates for landlords and boiler care as well as property maintenance.

We are seeking a customer service representative to join our team. The CSR will be responsible for providing quality customer service to our clients and


Excellent attention to detail, be passionate about delivering outstanding service to our customers, be flexible in your approach to work schedules and tasks.

There will be an element of adminastration to the role and helping the team with additional tasks.

The working hours for the role will be between 8am and 8pm on a rota basis.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring clients are kept up to date with their job progress
  • Liasing with other department to ensure enquiries are dealt with quickly and accuratey
  • Assessing job requests in order of urgency and following set procedures
  • Dealing with initial complaints and liasing with managment to resolve quickly and to a high level of satisfaction
  • Providing a high level of customer service
  • Raising concerns or questions that may be related to issues that may occur with customers concerns.
  • Providing information about products and services.
  • Follow procedures for reporting and escalating maintenance issues
  • Other duties as assigned by the office manager.

Experience:


  • You must have at least 3 years property letting/management experience
  • You must have 3 years customer service exerience
  • A great attitude and commitment to delivering high levels of customer service

Job Types:

Salary:
£22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- lettings or dealing with Property maintenance: 3 years (required)
- customer service: 3 years (required)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
