We are currently recruiting for a
Senior Procurement Manager for a well-established, forward-thinking client in the
Swindon area.

Main Duties:
- Take charge of international projects focused on Sustainability and Strategy, collaborating closely with various departments.
- Create and facilitate strategic concepts and methodologies, prioritising Sustainability, Procurement Strategy, and Market Intelligence.
- Establish and continually improve Sustainability initiatives across three areas: Environmental, Social/Human Rights, and Governance, with a particular focus on the supply chain.
- Develop and track Sustainabilityrelated performance indicators such as GHG emissions and human rights compliance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Procurement Sustainability and Strategy, liaising with other departments as needed.
- Generate highquality management proposals and information papers, drawing on extensive knowledge and expertise.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including operational procurement teams, Group and OpCo Sustainability teams, and external partners such as suppliers and associations.
- Build and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with international stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- A passionate advocate for Sustainability with deep expertise and experience in key areas such as Environmental, Social/Human Rights, and Governance.
- Several years of professional experience in purchasing and supply chain management.
- A highly independent, systematic, quality
- Proven experience in project management and presenting skills, having served as a project or subproject manager on previous occasions.
- A moderate willingness to travel internationally to collaborate with stakeholders and support the business objectives.
