Job Description Summary:

You will be part of the Ultrasound EMEA Demand Generation Office and will be responsible for the UK and Ireland Region for the Omnichannel Handheld Ultrasound equipment to ensure the best customer experience and business success.


You will partner with all Omnichannel stakeholders in Sales (exchanging on best customer experience and journey, opportunity hand-over for further qualification and closing deal), Marketing (e.g., campaign set-up, customer journey definition) and MarCom (e.g., for Digital Campaigns, platforms, marketing assets), and will report to the Ultrasound EMEA Omnichannel Program manager.


Responsibilities:


  • Promote the GE Healthcare Ultrasound products and services
  • Capture all relevant information during customer interactions and register them in CRM tools (SFDC)
  • Handle customers' incoming requests, provide necessary support and provide proposals based on customer specified information (owning the full salescycle) OR route the request to Field sales (depending on campaign and/or business rules, qualifying the request and providing well defined interests)
  • Daily use Virtual Sales tools (e.g. High Velocity Sales tool, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Virtual Demo, Showpad ) wherever applicable.
  • Plan Omnichannel promotional strategies and desired customer journeys with local Sales, Marketing and MarCom team
  • Achieve quarterly and annual targets
  • Conduct about 30 touchpoints with customers on a daily basis
  • Understand and fulfill all regulations of the internal policies of the company

Qualifications and Desired Characteristics:


  • Bachelors Degree and/or 2+ years of previous inside sales/commercial experience
  • Previous customer relationship management and outbound call experience
  • Effective and professional verbal and written communication both with internal and external customers
  • Expertlevel English language capability
  • Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate simple messages
  • Ability to work in a team or individually if required, and remotely
  • Proficient enduser IT skills including MS Office and Outlook
  • Proven account management and project planning skills
  • Sales mindset and ability to provide excellent customer service, customerfocused approach
  • Resultoriented personality and capability to overcome obstacles
  • Knowledge/experience with Healthcare industry
  • Knowledge in social media and lead generation through social media
