You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of savings proposition development and management, contributing to the overall savings strategy and roadmap.

Your creativity and innovative mindset will drive the growth of our savings balances while ensuring a Members First approach to product development.

Develop and manage savings propositions, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation. Drive initiatives to appeal to a wider group of savers and strengthen financial resilience. Provide subject matter expertise support to other functions and represent Product and Proposition on regulatory change projects.
