    Description

    AJ Chambers are currently recruiting for a Residential Real Estate Solicitor (New Build), for an established, reputable full-service law firm in London. With a people-first approach, this firm values employee growth and support, delivering a culture where you can truly thrive.

    They are looking to expand their New Build team by hiring a 3 year plus PQE solicitor.

    We are looking for:

    • A good background of experience on acting for purchasers of new build plots (both off-plan and structurally complete).
    • Minimum 1 years' recent new build experience is essential.
    • This individual must be used to running their own files and adhering to the tight deadlines involved with New Build property transactions; and they must have good technical knowledge when it comes to reviewing large development packs, amending contracts and leases/transfers, checking planning docs and producing reports.
    • Ideally you will have some knowledge of plot sales, although this is not as crucial for now as the work will be predominantly acting for the plot purchasers.
    • The candidate should be comfortable liaising with developer contacts, attending BD events and must be highly organised and efficient.
    • Any referrers the candidate can bring with them would be a bonus, but having their own referrers is not necessary.

    The role is full-time, based in our London (Farringdon) office on a hybrid basis, 2 days in the office. Monday is compulsory with the other day flexible to fit around the team.
