Overview:


My client, a fantastic luxury organisation based in Dartford are currently recruiting for a Customer Service and Sales Advisor to support the customer service Team Manager.

Within the role you will be consistently providing high levels of customer service to a range of customers in a fast-paced environment


Role & Responsibilities:


  • Accurate and timely input of customer orders
  • Time management to ensure high level of productivity
  • Understanding of processes and procedures
  • Data entry
  • Taking inbound calls
  • Managing customer complaints
  • Administrative duties

Essential Skills and Experience:


  • Customer Service experience
  • Data entry
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise work load
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Package:

- £21,500 per annum
