Position: 360 Healthcare Recruitment Consultant with Business Development Focus

Salary:
£26,000 to £28,000 per annum

Role Overview:
- Your role will also involve proactive business development activities, including identifying new client opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and driving growth within the healthcare recruitment domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing effective business development strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue.
- Providing highquality consultancy services to clients, offering insights and solutions tailored to their recruitment needs.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and market developments to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably specialising in healthcare recruitment for a min of 2 years.
- Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish longterm relationships.
- A proactive and resultsdriven approach, with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and an understanding of recruitment processes and regulations within the sector.
