Office Sales receptionist:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a reliable and committed Sales Receptionist.


We are looking for a highly motivated, well-spoken and well-mannered individual to join our existing customer services team here at our London based food manufacturing company.


The Role:

  • Be available to work from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
  • Be professional at all times, and respond to customer queries in a friendly, helpful and polite manner
  • Process sales/purchase requests and log customer queries using the relevant inhouse operating systems and payment processing machines
  • Develop a sound understanding of our product range, and be able to effectively promote our products to new and existing customers
  • Work effectively as part of a team
  • Build and maintain positive relations with existing and new customers

Skills Required:

  • Sound communication skills, including fluency in spoken English
  • Passion for, and experience in, the provision of customer services
  • Excellent timekeeping and organizational skills.
  • A positive, confident and selfdriven approach
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • The ability to work well as part of a team
  • An ability and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
  • Flexible and reliable
