    We are currently looking to grow our Warehouse Team with individuals who are obsessed with continuous improvement and innovationJob DescriptionWe are looking for a confident Resource Planning Analyst to manage the group's resource planning and budgeting process.


    The responsibility:


    Quickly build strong relationships with Operational ManagementDeliver weekly short to medium term FTE requirement forecasts & clearly communicate resourcing recommendations to Operational ManagementMaintain headcount forecast tools, ensuring assumptions are regularly challenged & that they reflect our high service level standardsDeliver weekly short-term agency and Overtime requirements & clearly communicate resourcing recommendations to Operational ManagementEnsure shift planning aligns to forecast activity requirements & service levelsMaintain accuracy of staffing data to support operations & recruitment teamsDesign & deliver weekly performance reporting that can be used to feedback into forecasts & highlight areas for improvementProactively identify & quantify opportunities to drive service &/or efficiency improvementsDeliver regular long-term forecasts to drive recruitment strategies & support group financial forecasting processesDeliver ad hoc analysis to support Operations ManagersAnnual budget creation in coordination with Ops managementQuarterly reforecastingSupporting agency management with performance reportingSense checking temp agency invoicing & managing agency payroll processesThis role is based full time at our Shirebrook HQ, Monday - FridayQualificationsRequirementsStrong problem solving skills and experience in a similar roleConfident with Microsoft Excel and Data AnalyticsGood stakeholder management with the abilityto translate technical information to a non-technical audienceAbleto work under pressure in a fast paced automated environmentAdaptable and receptive to new ideas from any source.

    Willing and able to adjust to changing demands and circumstancesKnowledge of PowerBI and SQL is essential for this role.
