Our client is a leading executive search consultancy firm founded in 2000 to advise clients on how to optimise their performance through the smartest and most considered human capital decisions.

The Role -
Executive Search

Attend the initial client meeting to understand the role requirements, company culture and expectations for the search.
You will work with the senior team members to establish the scope of a search, utilising a variety of databases to build a map of relevant sectors and companies.
Produce the longlist, shortlist and appraisal documents for clients
Open to learning, fail fast and bounce back
Collaborate effectively
Take initiative, focus on the goal not just the task
