About the Position


The day-to-day in this role will include tasks like: fulfilling procurement inquiries, creating purchase orders, or coordinating onsite logistics — but no day will really be the same.


Additional responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Serving as UK Procurement representative for

Accounts Payable:
liaising, fulfilling inquiries, and communicating changes and potential issues

  • Providing Workday best practice guidance for Europe and APAC procurement teams
  • Assisting with UK-EU asset transfers
  • Tracking closingout orders that have been received
  • Entering licenses in tracking database; tracking upcoming expirations
  • Creating procurement credit card expense reports for European offices
  • Coordinating new hire work kits with IT, HR and Office Admin


Your work will ensure that all of our procurement operations for our London, Amsterdam, Hong Kong and Singapore offices run smoothly and efficiently.

Being able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and understand how all the dots connect will be vitalfor the person in this role.


We're looking for someone who is excited by having a sense of ownership over their work and expertise, is a strong communicator, and is able to not just execute a task, but think critically and intuitively about the best way to reach a solution.


About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or a related field of study, or indepth professional experience
  • 5+ years of related professional experience
  • Explains complex problems with brevity and accuracy
  • Organised, can multitask and handle competing priorities
  • Team player who can increase responsibilities over time
  • Takes initiative and operates with a sense of urgency
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience with Procure to Pay systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle etc.) is highly preferred
  • Fluent in English
