Business Development Manager
Due to a hugely successful year and ambitious growth plans for the year ahead, my client who's a multi award winning ethical electronics design and software development consultancy, is looking to hire a Business Development Manager.
This role will suit someone who enjoys building relationship and has the depth and breath of bringing in new business.
You'll be working to monthly and yearly targets providing a consultative approach to bringing in new business, building your own pipeline and convertingleads to deals.
They're looking for someone who can come in and hit the ground running, so you'll be familiar with working within a targetted sales environment and already have experience of bringing in new business within a B2B environment.
If you have a background is Electronics, that's great but it's not a must as you'll be given all the training you need.
For the first month you'll be required to come on site 4 or 5 times a week so you can learn about the business and collaborate with team members but once you've got your feet under the table you'll have the option of working from home.
