Machine Operator

£11.10 per hour

Winchester, Hampshire

We are recruiting for a Machine Operator to work within a busy dairy Production environment based on the outskirts of the Winchester area in Hampshire.

The Machine Operator position is temporary on going with a view to going permanent after 12 weeks.

This role will involve various Machine Operator duties including:

Working on a busy production line
Operating machinery to fill up tubs with ice cream
Packing and labelling tubs of ice cream ready for dispatch
Cleaning down the production lines
Manual handling up to 25kg
Other general machine operator duties

Experience in a Machine Operator within a food production or similar environment is essential.

You will need to be flexible with the working hours which are Monday to Saturdays for an 8 hour shift between the hours of 6am and 4.30pm with one day off in the week when you work a Saturday.

If you work a Saturday this will be paid at time and a half.

Hourly pay - £11.10 per hour, paid weekly in arrears.
