Unlike most sales-based opportunities this a mature and autonomous environment. We are looking for self-starters with a genuine thirst for financial progression. Management opportunities will be rapidly available for those who can demonstrate commitment.

The role involves:

Speaking regularly with senior executives over the phone / video call.
Pitching the relevant search solution to remedy your client's requirement.
Managing the interview process; scheduling, feedback, debriefing.
