VARIOUS CONTRACTS AVAILABLE:
FULL TIME, PART TIME, SESSIONAL - Day shift and Night shift

We have an exciting opportunity to join Ross on his journey of moving into his own home. Ross is a vibrant young adult who has a love for risk and fast cars. He aspires to be an actor on Casualty and would like to have the opportunity to attend college.

Ross is a lovely young man who requires support in developing his confidence in daily living skills, maintaining his tenancy and exploring new experiences.

Could you be the one to help?

To support Ross you will need to have:
A good eye for detail and able to think creatively to help Ross develop his confidence and skills living independently

A good approach to support Ross to make sensible choices

Knowledge and experience to support Ross with daily living, including running his new home

A positive approach to Risk taking

An awareness of community connections to enable Ross to have new experiences within the local community

Typically shifts will be long days and may include sleepovers and/or waking nights.
