About Our Client:

A family office.


Key responsibilities:
-
Calendar Management: Organising and managing the entrepreneur's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and events.

Travel Arrangements: Planning and coordinating travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visas.

Expense Management: Tracking and reconciling expenses, preparing expense reports, and ensuring timely reimbursement.

Communication Liaison: Serving as a point of contact between the entrepreneur and clients, partners, stakeholders, and other team members.

Task Prioritisation: Identifying and prioritising tasks based on importance and urgency, ensuring deadlines are met.

Document Management: Organising and maintaining important documents, files, and records, both physical and digital.

Research Assistance: Conducting research on various topics as needed, including market trends, competitors, potential business opportunities, etc.

Personal Errands: Assisting with personal tasks such as shopping, gift purchasing, meal reservations, etc.

Meeting Support: Preparing meeting agendas, taking meeting minutes, and following up on action items.

Project Coordination: Assisting in coordinating various projects, ensuring tasks are delegated, progress is tracked, and deadlines are met.

Gatekeeping: Screening phone calls and visitors, prioritising requests, and managing access to the entrepreneur.

Event Planning: Assisting in planning and coordinating events such as conferences, seminars, and networking functions.

Confidentiality: Maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive information and business matters.

Lifestyle Management: Assisting with personal tasks related to the entrepreneur's lifestyle, such as fitness appointments, wellness activities, etc.

Social Media Management: Managing social media profiles, posting updates, responding to messages, and monitoring engagement.

Professional Development: Assisting in organising training sessions, workshops, or courses to support the entrepreneur's professional growth.

Vendor Management: Liaising with vendors, contractors, and service providers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring services are delivered as agreed.

Ad hoc Support: Providing additional support and assistance as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the entrepreneur's personal and professional life.


The Successful Applicant:


  • Experience supporting as a Private PA.

Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Reliability: Dependability in completing tasks accurately and on time, with mínimal supervision.

Organisational Skills: Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and priorities effectively.

Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
