Description

We are in a fortunate and exciting position to be able to launch our Trainee Advanced Clinical Pharmacy Practitioner post specialising in frailty.


This is a role in which you can develop your specialist pharmacy skillset and advance clinical practitioner skills whilst working closely with the acute frailty and older person services.


As a, Trainee Advanced Clinical Pharmacy Practitioner you will spend time in a patient-facing role enhancing your clinical and leadership skills.

You will gain experience in treating a range of complex patients with multiple co-morbidities.

You will work closely with the rest of the clinical pharmacy team, with access to a range of specialist pharmacists and gain 1:1 support from our Lead Clinical Pharmacist for Frailty.
