As Head of Postmaster Communications, you will join us on our transformation journey and undertake a central role within the business, responsible for the design and implementation of our postmaster communications strategy.
Working strategically alongside senior stakeholders and as a member of the Retail Committee, you will contribute as a key decision maker to help develop relationships with postmasters.

What you'll need to succeed:
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a senior Corporate Affairs or Internal Communications role.
As a communications expert, you will have a good understanding of the Post Office, and ideally, a background working in a franchised organisation.
In addition, you will:
- Possess firstclass communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence colleagues including senior stakeholders and postmasters
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and effectively prioritise your workload in a fastpaced business
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Be able to demonstrate resilience working within a complex franchise organisation, ideally with effective crisis management experience
- Have a high degree of discretion when handling sensitive information
- Previous experience working in government affairs would also be highly desirable.
