    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Associate / Senior Associate to join this growing team.

    The ideal candidate will have approximately 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in tax law, with a strong background in advising clients on a wide range of domestic and international tax matters.

    Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on various tax issues, including corporate tax, VAT, employment taxes, and international tax planning.

    Conduct thorough research and analysis of complex tax issues and legislation.
    Assist in the structuring and implementation of tax-efficient solutions for corporate transactions, mergers, and acquisitions.
    Prepare and review tax documents, including tax opinions, memoranda, and transactional documents.
    Collaborate closely with other practice areas within the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
    Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide strategic advice to clients accordingly.
    Represent clients in tax disputes and negotiations with tax authorities, where necessary.

    Approximately 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in tax law, preferably gained at a reputable law firm or accounting firm.

    Strong knowledge of UK tax legislation and regulations, as well as an understanding of international tax principles.
    A proactive and client-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
    Commercial awareness and the ability to provide practical and commercially viable solutions to clients.
