HYBRID WORKING (2 DAYS IN OFFICE)
Fox Morris are working with London Borough of Elmebridge Council in relations to finding a Lettings Negotiation Officer to start work ASAP

Responsibilities

We are looking for somebody who is organised, skilled in using IT (Microsoft Office), empathetic and committed to providing good customer service.
You will need good communication skills and to be a team player and comfortable working in a fastmoving environment.
You should have experience of providing housing advice, helping people to access privaterented housing and in working with clients to develop and deliver on housing moveon plans.
You will have knowledge around relevant housing legislation and welfare benefits and how the privaterental market works and the interests of landlords and letting agents.
You will be able to engage both with the families but also with letting agents, local authorities, and other support agencies with a role in helping the resettlement of these families.

You will be required to work Monday-Friday (9:00-5:00pm). This is based on a 6 month contract and the pay negotiable.

Salary:
£19.63-£24.55 per hour
