We are exclusively assisting one of the UK's top Legal firms to hire an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team.

The main responsibility of the role is processing account transactions
, both inbound and outbound payments.
You will also be tasked with performing bank reconciliations
and producing daily, weekly and monthly reports** on the financial status for your office. You will also

  • Posting of Office Receipts and making Office Payments
  • Liaising with other offices to answer any queries and provide support to Fee Earners
  • Ensuring the SAR rules are complied with
  • Ensuring timetables and deadlines are met
  • Accurately record all information and work with multicurrency
  • Dealing with Client to Office Transfers and Bank Reconciliation's daily


This role is well suited to someone coming from another legal finance role or to a graduate* of an Accounting certificate, degree or Accounting Technician studies.
