Dawson Levy are proud to be recruiting for an Electrician in the Oxford area.

The position is for a mobile engineer to work on a commercial based contract, delivering reactive and planned maintenance on South Central Ambulance Service buildings.

You will be working to deadlines and completing jobs within the clients timeframe.

The job:

Electrical maintenance and fault finding
Carry out Electrical installation works as requested
Assist in the control and purchasing of maintenance stores
Carry out planned and corrective electrical maintenance as requested
Testing and Inspection works where required
Assist general handyman in any reasonable light works requests as may be designated by the line managers
Act as a Witness for commissioning and acceptance tests for all new and maintenance works
Identify where possible, plant and services future defects to ensure operational requirements are maintained
Supervise subcontracted works and or carry out works for programmed maintenance and new works ensuring all works are carried out to legislative.
Complete all permits and documentation required to complete the tasks in a safe manor

Experience Required:

City & Guilds of London Electrical Installation Work Pt III Course Certificate (or approved equivalent)
NVQ L3 in Electrical Installation work (or approved equivalent)
2391 Inspecting and Testing Certificate (or approved equivalent)
18th Edition
