The Role:This is a great opportunity to join the Cloud Practice.

Working in a consultative manner with customers you will be leading them through their security journey utilising TIEVA FRAME methodology.

Manage securitybased engagements proactively to mitigate risk for customers systems and users.
Effectively provide support to colleagues and customers in all aspects of security adoption.
Create and deliver compelling and manageable roadmaps for leadership teams to follow over a predefined timescale.
Seek out additional opportunities for consultative engagement and upsell of additional solutions and services.
Act in a professional manner with regard to management, confidentiality, security, personal attitude, and presentation.
Ensure all work is conducted in line with Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Be prepared to work in a flexible way to assist colleagues in the delivery of services to customers.
Document all configurations and information relevant to customers, sites, and Group, stored as per Procedures.
Personal Development maintain and extend personal expertise in specific areas relevant to the requirements of the role.
Uphold and implement Group policies and procedures in all work activities.
Provide feedback to the Group on all perceived risks, issues, and potential improvements.

Pivotal to the role is your ability to effectively communicate, have excellent organisational skills with knowledge of the IT sector, in particular cloud services and security best practice and solutions.

Essential skills and experience:

Capturing customer requirements and working with the sales team to help resolve business challenges.
Driving enhanced security adoption across a range of business systems and infrastructure types.
Organisational skills and ability to complete documentation and log project progression.
Presenting to customers and able to adapt presentation style to suit the audience.
Commercial experience; analysis, design, report writing and presentation.
Ability to manage requirements to match or exceed customer and Group expectations.
Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
Excellent communication on technical solutions in a nontechnical manner.
Collaborative, expansive approach.
Boundless drive with a keen eye for detail.

Desirable skills and experience:

Selflearner having gained technical accreditations through selfstudy.
Technical accreditations covering on premise, hybrid, and cloud.
Experience gained in an MSP environment, especially in a technical delivery role.
Understanding / knowledge of Cyber Essentials accreditations.
