An established market leading Construction M&E Recruitment Agency are looking to take on a Mechanical & Electrical Recruitment Resourcer for their offices based near Barry, South Wales.


The role will involve resourcing for national and regional clients which will involve managing the temps who work for them, day to day activities will be registering new temps, timesheet management, arranging training for the staff you supply, filling the vacancies and reporting back to the Recruitment Account Manager running client Accounts.


Ideally you will be in a similar role with a company or perhaps from a different recruitment background such as Industrial or Catering & Hospitality the main thing you'll have experience of is the recruitment process and working in a high tempo recruitment arena.

However, if your currently in a Consultant role whether that be Construction or M&E on a Blue/White Collar team but don't want to do the sales side and enjoy account management/customer service the company would be like to speak to you as full training/support will be given to make your career a success

Salary:
£20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
