We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Service Advisor / Administrator to join our team here in Launceston, Cornwall.

Monday to Friday, no Saturdays
About us:
We are a family run business for over 100 years covering both sales and repairs, we are looking for an organised/ articulate well-presented individual who would enjoy working on the vehicles we prepare and look after, to assist our hands on service manager,who manages another 4 techs, we have a new workshop and MOT bay and our looking to increase our quality workload.
Responsibilities will include:
- Creating invoices
- Liaising with Customers
- Answering service dept calls
- Ordering parts and comparing prices
- Organising internal admin and bookings for service manager
