  • 15404We are working with an International Art Transport and Storage company based in London.

Responsibilities:


  • Independently identify the needs of each individual client
  • Using internal inhouse systems to track all required services, whilst liaising with both the client and the service departments to ensure tasks are completed to a highquality standard
  • Manage the delivery schedule and any changes ensuring all parties are kept up to date
  • Simultaneously manage a variety of files and external suppliers
  • Administrative tasks such as providing reports on activity when requested
  • Ensuring company policies are always adhered to
  • Occasionally visit clients to develop relationships and review client satisfaction

Experience and Skills:

  • Previous experience or experience in a logistics position
  • Have exceptional knowledge of UK transport routes, including road, air, and sea
  • Previous experience in managing projects, the endtoend delivery of services
  • Show confidence with stakeholder's management of client relationships
  • Ability to show good attention to detail, work to tight deadlines and prioritising workload
  • Show the ability to maintain clean and concise records, filing and monitoring systems
  • Excellent computer literacy and experience with both Microsoft Office and Enterprise Resource Planning software (ERP) and have excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Anticipate and troubleshoot any problems that may occur
  • Exceptional communication skills with internal and external staff
  • Work alongside colleagues, customers, and suppliers to resolve any security issues and escalate further when necessary
