ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing the end to end recruitment process for the temporary, contract, and permanent administration support roles across multiple industry sectors
  • Working to quarterly revenue targets and KPIs and reporting on activity and billings
  • Developing and maintaining an understanding of client organisations, their industry sector, function in the marketplace, culture, and environment
  • Facilitating meetings with contacts within both prospective and existing client organisations to understand their requirements, discuss potential services, review contract performance, negotiate charge rates and fees
  • Taking detailed and accurate job specification details from clients when recruiting new roles
  • Following up new business leads and business development of new clients
  • Providing cover for consultant absences and annual leave periods
  • Ongoing database management to ensure contact details, situation, and key skills are continuously updated

ESSENTIALS:

  • 2+ years experience in a client or customerfacing role
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and be an effective problem solver
  • Good knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
