Admissions Officer
Salary:
£20.79 Per Hour
Admissions Officer
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with the Educational Technology Unit and ICT to arrange Hub access for new students throughout the summer
- Developing efficient and customerfocused admissions procedures
- Liaising with the Admissions Manager(s) and academic staff on the selection of students for the School's academic scholarships
- Raising purchase orders as and when required
- Representing the School as required at recruitment events, such as postgraduate fairs and open days
- Advising applicants on all aspects of the admissions process, the suitability of their qualifications, and programme details
Admissions Officer
Essentials:
- Educated to first degree (or equivalent standard) and/or proven experience at a similar level
- Administrative work experience in a processdriven, fastpaced environment
- Experience in providing a responsive, customerfocused service on the telephone, via electronic medium, or facetoface
- Experience in prioritising tasks and managing busy workloads successfully to ensure that deadlines are met
- Proven experience as a cooperative team member who can also work independently
