About The Role:


Could you play your part in managing a busy and diverse caseload in an innovative, thriving and fast developing Partnership?


Located in beautiful South Hampshire, and working predominately in the Portsmouth, Fareham and Gosport areas around Portsmouth Harbour, we have an interesting and challenging workload with a strong mix of Partner companies, including Hampshire County Council and a very high market share for all types of construction projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our successful Partnership.

We are looking for experienced and highly skilled Building Control professionals, ideally at a Principal level although other levels of experience will also be considered.


About You:


As well as being a full member of RICS, CABE or equivalent, you'll have solid experience and a comprehensive knowledge of Building Control legislation.

Just as important is an understanding of the importance of delivering excellent customer service.
