About The Role:
Fareham Housing are looking for a Repairs Administration Officer to join their Building Repairs and Maintenance service.
You will be dealing with a wide variety of customer queries over the phone and in writing in relation to Council Housing and Corporate Building Repairs.
You will also carry out a range of administrative duties, providing support across the department.
About You:
You must have a customer orientated approach and experience of working in a busy customer focussed environment.
You will need excellent communication and office administration skills as well as proficiency in a variety of ICT packages and systems.
You will need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing work requirements whilst remaining calm, polite, positive and cheerful.
