My client, a highly successful property investment & development consultancy in the heart of Central London is looking for an experience (property) PA & Office Manager to join their close knit and growing team.

The company are experts in managing, selling and developing properties with a global network and national presence.

A day in the life.

Providing PA support to two Directors and sales admin support and office management support to the wider team in their London team.


  • To provide support to a dynamic, market leading sales team.
  • Supporting with residential sales admin support for the directors.
  • Diary management and booking meetings for the Directors.
  • Courier organising
  • Arranging travel
  • Attending minutes and minute taking distributing minutes and action points.
  • Preparing presentations.
  • Representing the brand/business at networking events.
  • Asset collection
  • Ordering stock, equipment and stationary for the team.
  • Being point of contact for IT, Facilities etc.
  • Putting together proposals/ pitches and other client communications.
  • To assist the London directors in managing staff, channel partner and developer relationships.
  • Report sales & liaise with our Head Office operations department
  • To help aid & build rapport with key channel partners
  • To manage the necessary duties involved in the running of the business from an administrative stand point.
  • Diary management
  • Preparing agendas for meetings and reports for the wider business.
  • Streamlining administration processes for the business.
  • Liaising with third party suppliers, fielding calls and gatekeeping for the Directors.
  • Organising company events

Required skills:

  • Highly organised
  • Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft office (Excel to an intermediate level)
  • Meticulous and excellent attention to detail
  • Direct, driven & motivated and an excellent communicator both internally but also with external clients/suppliers/partners etc.
  • Able to manage workload effectively and efficiently proven multitasker
  • Wellpracticed in IT programmes
  • Confident, trustworthy, wellmannered and discrete.
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to carry out additional duties if and when required.
  • Able to give clear instructions and follow up.
  • Proactive and results orientated.
  • Good initiative and able to confidently liaise with other offices.
  • Good time management and able to work to deadlines.
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Experience supporting csuite/ senior stakeholders.

Ideal experience: 3 years minimum experience in an Office Manager/PA or EA role within the Real Estate sector is highly advantageous.
