Housebuilder. North West.

Salary £35,000-£40,000 + Car & Bonus.
Are you currently undertaking a role in a technical department of a housebuilder? Looking for a new challenge?

A North West housebuilder is looking to add to its busy technical team by appointing a Technical Co-Ordinator.

Working alongside the architectural and engineering teams internally you will help drive though new build housing projects using your experience gained to date.

This varied and busy role will enable you to add significant value to the team as well as the wider business, increasing your influence and career progression.
