The Health Education Database Team is part of the Digital & Data Directorate in Health Education and Improvement Wales and are responsible for managing the database that tracks training progression of trainee doctors, dentists, and pharmacists in Wales.


The post holder will provide comprehensive administration support for the team, the range of duties will include use of the database, arranging team meetings, and minutes taking.


  • Arranging virtual and face to face team meetings and workshops
  • Administration support and servicing meetings including taking minutes and maintaining an action log
  • Database administration tasks including data entry and data extraction
  • Carrying out data validation tasks to identify data discrepancies
  • Provide project administration support on a variety of projects
  • Collating and analysing data logs to enable comprehensive and appropriate actions to be taken.
  • Administration support for distributing information to trainees
This post is fixed term for 12 months due to meet the needs of the service.
