Bridgman is a leading quality, luxury furniture retailer with a 45-year heritage in British design.

Bridgman's vision is to move away from solely garden furniture but create a presence within and around the home year-round.


The Fulfilment Executive will play a key part within the business making sure all deliveries and stocks are in place and followed up where needed.

This will include liaising with external stakeholders, managing the logistics with processing deliveries, and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders in the business and externally.

Working closely with the Head of Operations to make sure processes are followed. Be the sole point of contact for processing deliveries within the Operations department.

Salary:
£28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year


Responsibilities:


  • Uphold Bridgman's vision and standards as well as company objectives, strategy, and tactics
  • Put customer service at the forefront of everything
  • Work closely with the onsite warehouse team to ensure a cohesive customer experience and SLAs are met
  • Manage delivery schedule including:
  • Allocating picking dateso
  • Delivery bookings (domestic and international)
  • Manifestso Stock transfers
  • Maintaining a delivery schedule in ERP
  • Arranging customer returns
  • Input supplier deliveries into ERP upon arrival
  • Provide paperwork and labels for deliveries
  • Prepare paperwork for exports
  • Follow delivery processes and liaise with logistics partners regarding delivery services, quotes and schedules
  • Manage backorders
  • Book returned items with applicable information e.g., due to damage, etc.
  • Generate weekly reports for operations
  • Work with and communicate effectively with all internal teams, including CX, sales and marketing
  • Complete and manage claim forms for damaged items
  • Reconcile invoices for 3PLs and resolve discrepancies
  • Analysing adhoc reporting at the directors' request to create business proposals
  • Maintain and use 3PLs portal for bookings.

Qualifications:


  • Proactive and taskfocused team member with a growth mindset who is ready to be an active part of a growing business
  • Flexible with a "can be done" attitude
  • Previous experience working as a Delivery Scheduler or Operations Executive
  • Understands SKUs, bundles and BOMs, and all stock movementrelated actions
  • Experience in ERP
  • Confident user of Portals and MS Office
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Happy to be office based
