The role is full-time and permanent offering a 37.5-hour contract.

The duties of the

Assistant Store Manager:

• Day-to-day store and people management including recruitment, training, and development
• Supporting the Store Manager and liaising with HR when required
• Driving and reporting on store sales, costs, and business figures
• Organising in-store displays and perfect product merchandising
• Strong retail experience is needed- any retail background is considered
• Previous retail team leader or management experience is hugely desirable
• Must be customer-focused and have good people management skills
• Ideally have some back-office knowledge of using a PC or systems
