- Safety first mindset, with the ability to assess and mitigate risks
- Tech savvy, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
- Problem solver with the ability to both question designs and produce/explain accurate plans and drawings.
- A Civil, Structural, or Construction Management background on National Highways networks.
- You could come from either a tier 1 or tier 2 contracting group with working knowledge of NEC contract conditions, CDM regulations, design management, programme and risk management and cost control including forecasting, actual cost and value reporting.
- Lead a team of up to 5 direct reports assisting their all-round development
- Have worked on a broad section of disciplines such as groundworks, RC structures, steelwork, and can demonstrate a clear understanding in these areas.
- Good level of programming experience with knowledge of Primavera P6 software or Microsoft Projects (desirable)
- Temporary Works Co-ordinator (desirable)
- Leadership experience (desirable)
- Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience or relevant qualification
- CEng MICE, or equivalent (desirable)
- CSCS Managers card
- Appointed person CPCS card (desirable)
- IOSH Managing Safely or SMSTS

Our Regional Civil Engineering business have a number of schemes coming to fruition which will be mobilising in the next few months. The roads and highways projects involve all aspects of construction on low and high speed roads across National Highways Area 3 & 4 (encompassing Hampshire, Dorset, East & West Sussex, Kent, Surrey, Oxfordshire and Berkshire).
We are seeking Site Agent capable of running £1m - £10m projects.
