Estate Agent Trainee Sales Negotiator - Wetherby - up to £20k basic £30k package

As an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for:

  • Arranging property viewings
  • Negotiating sales
  • Listening to potential buyers requirements and selling the best suited property
  • Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have
  • Cross selling mortgage advice and solicitor referrals
  • Registering applicants and ensuring all required documentation is obtained
  • Generating New Valuation business
  • Sales Progression

As an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator you will have the following skill set:

  • Experience in a Sales role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Well presented and well spoken
  • Full UK license (preferred)

Opening Hours:
Monday to Friday is 09:00-17:30.

You'd be required to work two Saturdays a month which is 09:00-15:00 however on these weeks you'd get a day off in the week to make a 5 day working week constant.
