Head of Clinical Governance
Location - Hybrid role with a base at Head Office in Kettering, Northants.

Salary - £43,000 - £48,000 per annum (based on experience) + Bonuses

About the Role

As the Head of Clinical Governance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the highest standards of client care.

This hybrid position offers you the flexibility to blend remote and in-office work, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.

Duties will include but are not limited to
- provide effective leadership on all issues relating to clinical excellence and governance
- clinical and specialist training around the complex needs of our clients
- staff competencies
- to have a good knowledge of CQC guidelines and ensure that continued CQC compliance is maintained
- setting up of new care packages.
- clinical audits
- to be part of the on-call service, on a rota basis. You will assist with clinically related matters, sickness and rota cover, and any other duties that will be part of the service we currently provide out of office hours
- work collaboratively with clients, family, other professionals and interested parties to enhance the quality of care delivered and offer support to our clients, managers and staff as needed
- promote safe working practice at all times
- meeting our clients' clinical and rehabilitation needs as instructed by the Company
- to maintain client confidentiality and discretion and to always operate in a professional and courteous manner in all professional dealings
- to attend office meetings as required
- effectively manage own workload, prioritising tasks and maintaining excellent written and verbal communication and record keeping
- client care plans

Requirements - Essential
Nursing qualification with substantial experience

Strong background in complex care

Exceptional leadership and communication skills

Ability to drive innovation and improvement

Dedication to maintaining the highest clinical standards

Full driving licence and access to your own car
