Receptionist - Temporary:

We have an excellent opportunity for a receptionist within our secretarial team based in the Isle of Man office.

The job holder will be the first point of contact and greet/welcome external and internal clients to the bank in a professional and friendly manner and ensure the reception area is kept neat and tidy at all times.

The role holder will also provide secretarial support to the business as well as being responsible for travel arrangements and hotel bookings.

Role Specific Details

  • Possess a pleasant and friendly manner to greet clients warmly, maintaining a calm approach at all times, providing refreshments when necessary for meetings etc.
  • First point of contact for our clients
  • Arrange travel and hotel bookings.
  • Secretarial support and minute taking
  • Undertake other administration tasks and provide cover as required.
  • Keep the reception area clean and tidy at all times and maintain an uncluttered work area.

Technical Skills and Experience

  • A good attention to detail when completing data tasks.
  • Willing to learn and develop within the role.
  • Experience with Microsoft Applications such as Word and Excel
