Kirkmichael Primary School
We are looking for an individual to join our team at Kirkmichael Primary School and work in our nursery and early years class supporting an individual child with their development.
You will be required to / to have:
- Communicate effectively to build relationships with staff and pupils to ensure a quality care provision.
- Organisational skills and initiative.
- Ability to understand and have an awareness of the wellbeing and individual needs of pupils.
- Ability to plan, organise and manage a range of appropriate activities and resources to meet pupil needs and to improve outcomes.
- Ability to observe, record and share pupils changing needs, ensuring information is up to date.
- Basic Digital skills to operate and maintain relevant systems and equipment necessary for completing assigned tasks.
- Ability to cooperate and comply with the Council's health and safety policy and arrangements.
The Individual:
We are looking for an enthusiastic person with good interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to work flexibly alongside our early years team.
A key element of this role will be to provide nurture and support to the pupil you will be working with.
You will be given direction and support from the early years staff in helping the pupil with their learning and development.
You will be expected to / to be:
